What a Wonderful Plant Ally

California poppy was in a few formulas I take, so I decided to try it alone. I hoped to get help with anxiety and to promote solid, restful sleep. I immediately resonated with this plant and got a lot of support right away. People say it doesn't taste good, but I loved the taste. This is fast becoming one of my big green allies. It's wonderfully gentle but also very effective. I've slept very well since taking it, and my nervous system is much calmer. I take it several times a day and at night before going to bed, or if I wake up in the night. It has been a great adjunct to my acupuncture treatments and somatic exercises. What a lovely plant ally!
