Our 100% Appalachian Salt of the Earth contains salt from Saltville, VA, sustainably handpicked ramp tops/wild leeks (Allium tricoccum), and stinging nettles (Urtica dioica). In addition to being vibrant with trace minerals and nettle nutrients, Salt of the Earth is a gorgeously green and flavorful finisher to any dish.* 

Sourcing note: in keeping with our commitment to plants and planet, we harvest only fresh spring ramp tops and leave the bulbs for subsequent years' growth.
