Reishi Dried Mushroom Slices
Reishi mushroom or ling zhi (Ganoderma tsugae) deeply supports the health of the immune system and the liver. Long considered one of the world’s most valuable and potent tonic mushrooms, reishi is revitalizing, energizing, and adaptogenic, helping the body boost resilience and adapt to stressors.*

Looking for reishi extract or Mushroom Elixir instead?
Please note: Reishi is not an edible mushroom (except for the tiny white edge of it, only harvested fresh in the early summer, but this is rarely done), but strictly beneficial. Many people choose to use reishi in tea, decoction, infusion, or cooking water (such as cooking it in with stew or soup, but not actually consuming it). Think of it like a bay leaf but beneficial to the body rather than for flavor - it adds dense benefits to a broth, stew, or tea, and can be used and re-used several times, getting weaker each time but getting the most bang for your buck. But it can't be eaten. You'll find several reishi recipes in the photos on this page.
