For years, customers have been lovingly requesting a nutrient-rich pregnancy tea. This is our humble offering to you! Vita-Min is perfectly appropriate for those in pre-pregnancy, pregnancy, post-partum and nursing times, and is also perfectly appropriate in addition to anyone else.

How to Use:

To make a tea, steep 1-2 tsp of dried herb in a cup of boiled water for 15-30 minutes or to taste. Strain and enjoy with a bit of honey, if you wish.

To make a stronger nourishing herbal infusion, steep 1 oz (by weight) according to the instructions on the label. Place one ounce (about a cup) of dried herb into a quart mason jar. Fill it with boiling water, put a lid on it, and let it steep for 4-8 hours. If you like, you can add a pinch of mint or licorice root for flavor. Then strain out the plant material, compost it, and enjoy one or more cups of the liquid daily. Infusions are delicious warm or cold and can be sweetened with honey or any other natural sweetener. They keep for 2-3 days in the refrigerator. Click here, here, and here for some fun videos on making nourishing herbal infusions.
