The many uses of Usnea can be found all over the Internet. As one can read, with its antimicrobial benefits and component Usnic Acid, it is being used in quite a few commercial medicinal products, it is of value to many.

For me, I put a dropper-ful into my morning water and I find it has a calming effect on my mind and an energizing effect on my body. All the other benefits just add up to a great way to boost my immune system as well!
