Our Red Moon Cider is a fiery, mineral-rich tonic combining the healing effects of immune-supportive herbs steeped in raw organic apple cider vinegar and a touch of raw local mountain honey. Red Moon Cider combines fresh, North Carolina garlic (Allium sativum), onion (Allium sepa), turmeric (Curcuma longa), ginger (Zingiber officinale), sumac (Rhus glabra), horseradish (Armoracia rusticana), and serrano (Capsicum annuum) to create a tasty treat for cooking or sipping. Our Red Moon Cider is handcrafted in small batches with a mildly spicy pepper that is lovingly and locally grown.*
