Embracing the crazy cat ladies we are, we're scheming up plans to rotate the donations of our proceeds from sales of dried catnip quarterly to various feline-focused non-profits in the Asheville, NC, area. So far on our radar: Asheville Humane Society, Mountain Pet Rescue, Charlie's Angels, Mary Paws, Binx's home for Black Cats, Furever friends, Asheville cat weirdos fund, Laps and Naps, and Sister Kitten. Help cats across Western North Carolina.
In 2022, the Asheville Cat Weirdos Emergency Fund (Emergency Veterinary Assistance Program) helped over 100 cats with vet expenses totaling $133,000! The more we do, the more we realize our program is desperately needed in the area, and we’re expected to grow in 2023 and beyond.
How to Use:
To make a tea, steep 1-2 teaspoons of dried herb in a cup of boiled water for a few minutes or to taste. Strain and enjoy with a bit of honey, if you wish.
For cats sprinkle liberally on bedding or favorite toys, sit back and watch the fun!
