Breathe Light Herbal Dietary Supplement Ingredients:
Certified organic cane alcohol, filtered water, fresh goldenrod flowering tops, fresh ground ivy aerial parts, fresh plantain leaves, and fresh nettle leaf and stem (ALL ingredients non-GMO & gluten-free)

Potency:
A proprietary blend of individually processed extracts at a 1:2 ratio. Fresh herb / menstruum (alcohol and water)

Suggested Dosage:
