Wild Yam Root
This organically Appalachian wild-simulated, hand-harvested wild yam root (Dioscorea villosa/quaternata) is known for its influence on the hormonal system.* Wild yam root has been traditionally used as a tonic for women. This herb can be used as a tea or extracted in oil as a rub or salve.
How to Use:
To make a tea, steep 1-2 teaspoons of dried herb in a cup of boiled water for a few minutes or to taste. Strain and enjoy with a bit of honey, if you wish.
