Red Moon Cider
Our Red Moon Cider is a fiery, mineral-rich tonic combining the healing effects of immune-supportive herbs steeped in raw organic apple cider vinegar and a touch of raw local mountain honey. Red Moon Cider combines fresh, North Carolina garlic (Allium sativum), onion (Allium sepa), turmeric (Curcuma longa), ginger (Zingiber officinale), sumac (Rhus glabra), horseradish (Armoracia rusticana), and serrano (Capsicum annuum) to create a tasty treat for cooking or sipping. Our Red Moon Cider is handcrafted in small batches with a mildly spicy pepper that is lovingly and locally grown.*
Use it in salad dressings, marinades, mixed drinks, soups, sautees, or on cooked greens. Some people enjoy taking a shot or a spoonful as a daily tonic.
In the spirit of our support for the Traditions Not Trademarks movement, we want to spread the awareness of fire cider as a healing tonic that is thousands of years old. Learn more at freefirecider.com. Update February 2019: We are so excited that Traditions Not Trademarks has a court date! Between now and their court date on March 10, 2019, we pledge our support to the Free Fire Cider movement by donating $1 for every bottle of Red Moon Cider sold.
